Deluxe arrangement looked great and fresh but was supposed to have pine cones which were not in the arrangement. Recipient sent me a picture. Which I sent to the florist and they quickly responded and corrected. I will definitely be using this florist in the future. Thank you for helping me brighten their Christmas in this difficult year!
