I love the communication and updates. They even sent me a picture of the flowers before they delivered for me to review. Amazing customer satisfaction!! The flowers were gorgeous and my sister absolutely loved them. They delivered them the next day early. I will definitely use them every time I send flowers to family in Huntsville and I have shared their contact information with praise about them too!

Very speedy on their delivery. I ordered the Sweet Surprises arrangement for my sister at 9 and they were delivered by 9:50 to Crestwood Hospital. Surprised me. The arrangement was especially similar to the photograph. The only reason I put 4 stars and not 5 is due to pricing. I do feel they were about 3 times what they would cost if I stepped into say, Kroger, but I do realize also you pay extra for delivery. Just think they could come down about 20 dollars, or so. Either way, I'll call again if the need arises. Do recommend
